Nanotechnology

Meaning

Nano-technology is an inter-disciplinary subject of Physics, Chemistry, Bio-informatics and Bio-technology. It can be called form of molecular engineering.The scope and application of nanotechnology is tremendous. Many scientific institutions are involved with the research and development in the area. It is considered as one of the fastest growing areas in terms of research and employment. This technology is being implied in bioscience, medicine, environment, electronics, manufacturing, and almost every field that one can think of. Currently private and government research bodies are hiring Nano tech engineers and scientists, current hype being in the areas of medicine, sensors, chemical and electronics
